Supplies Unchained was retained by a Health & Wellness Supplement Provider in 2021.  Our client wanted the ability to go fully remote & eliminate a footprint.  Supplies Unchained investigated & identified the redundancies within the legacy processes.  Working with our client, we optimized their workflows to create a leaner pull system.  After we validated the process effectiveness, we implemented and  executed  within the live environment (Netsuite & Google Workspace).  

Was it successful?  Prior to utilizing Supplies Unchained, our client required three full time employees to manage the overall supply chain.  The client now supports the business with one part-time employee while growing revenue.  This was completed during while the client launched his product onto additional new platforms such as Amazon Canada and Walmart.com.
